The Residerly affiliate program is for approved partners who send qualified member applicants to Residerly. The program is simple: one approved paid member, one flat payout.
Friday payout
Stripe pays Residerly on Thursday. Approved affiliate payouts are scheduled for Friday for qualified paid members from that payout week.
Required paperwork
Approved U.S. affiliates provide a W-9 before payout. I-9 is only for employees; affiliates are not onboarded as employees unless Residerly separately hires them.
Affiliate terms
One rule. No recurring split.
A referred member must pay the required upfront amount before the $250 payout becomes eligible. The deposit is not commissionable. Monthly tier payments are not commissionable. Payout can be withheld or reversed for fraud, duplicate leads, chargebacks, self-referrals, or policy violations.
Qualified member
The member application is tied to the affiliate code, the member pays, and Residerly confirms the payment cleared.
Tax documentation
Affiliates complete W-9 tax information before payout. If an affiliate is outside the United States, Residerly may request the appropriate W-8 form instead.
Code usage
Approved affiliates receive a code or tracked link. That code is used only to attribute eligible paid member applications.
