Applicants must be 18 or older, submit the application, pay the required upfront amount, complete Stripe identity verification, complete Stripe bank verification, consent to background checks, and complete soft credit review. No W-2s or paystubs are required.

Everyone pays $2,000 upfront before verification: $1,000 yearly membership plus a $1,000 security deposit. Of the deposit, $900 is returnable if there are no issues; $100 is a processing portion and is not returnable.

If Residerly applies the $900 returnable deposit balance to damage, incident costs, unpaid property charges, or other property-related issues, that used amount is not returned to the member. Before the member can book or rent again through Residerly, the member must replenish the deposit balance back to $900 on file.

Approved affiliates earn $250 for each referred member who signs up, pays the required upfront amount, and has the payment confirmed by Residerly. The affiliate payout is flat across all tiers. There is no recurring commission, no percentage split, and no separate tiered affiliate level. Qualified payouts are scheduled for Friday after Residerly's Thursday Stripe payout cycle. Deposit funds and monthly tier payments are not commissionable.

Approved pets add $250/month and remain subject to apartment community or hotel rules.

Parking can be requested but is not guaranteed. Availability depends on the apartment community or hotel partner.

Move-out cleaning is handled by Residerly and is not charged separately to the member. Optional weekly housekeeping is $150/week when available.
