FAQ
Answers before you apply.
Residerly is a private furnished living network for 7-day minimums in apartment communities and partner hotels. These are the questions applicants, members, enterprise teams, and partners usually need answered first.
What does Residerly provide?
Residerly provides access to furnished living spaces in apartment communities, plus partner hotel coverage for approved cases. Members search, verify, book, extend, and manage stays through Residerly.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 7 days. Monthly tier pricing still applies.
What if I do not like the place in the first 7 days?
Contact Residerly through the portal. If the fit is wrong, we can help look for another spot.
What happens if I want to move mid-month or stay longer?
If you want to move on day 14, 15, 20, or another point after the first week, you can move by paying $997 on top of your monthly tier. If you are scheduled to move and decide to stay, the same $997 applies. When you move, that $997 drops off.
Do I pay a cleaning fee when I leave?
No. There is no separate member cleaning fee when you leave. Residerly handles turnover cleaning through vendor operations.
Can I add weekly cleaning?
Yes. Applicants can request weekly housekeeping for $150/week during the stay. Residerly can route that through cleaning partners such as May Cleaning Service where available. That is separate from move-out cleaning, which remains included and not charged separately to the member.
Are pets allowed?
Pets can be requested during application. Approved pets add $250/month, subject to building or hotel rules.
Is parking guaranteed?
No. Parking can be requested, but availability depends on the apartment community or hotel partner and is not guaranteed.
What does membership cost?
The lead membership offer is annual membership plus $2,000/month Prime access. Plus and Premium pricing are listed on the pricing page.
Do I have to pay before verification?
Yes. Everyone pays $2,000 upfront before verification: $1,000 yearly membership plus a $1,000 security deposit. Of the deposit, $900 is returnable if there are no issues; $100 is a processing portion and is not returnable. A 700+ soft credit score is preferred, but it does not remove the deposit.
What verification is required?
Regular applicants must be 18 or older, upload a government-issued ID with the application, pay the required upfront amount, complete Stripe identity and bank verification, consent to a background check, and complete the soft credit review before booking. Enterprise account contacts also upload a government-issued ID before account setup continues.
Do you require W-2s or paystubs?
No. Residerly keeps monthly income on the application as a planning signal, but qualification is based on Stripe bank verification. The target balance is tied to the selected tier: $5,000 for Prime, $10,000 for Plus, and $20,000 for Premium.
Can I search inventory before I apply?
Yes. The public map shows network coverage and searchable inventory. Booking actions happen in the member portal after application and verification.
Who supplies the living spaces?
Residerly works with apartment complexes, multifamily operators, and hotels. We do not position supply as one-off personal listings.
Who services the units?
Residerly tracks cleaning and turnover vendors by city. Cleaning companies can apply through the cleaning vendor page, and operator workflows assign crews to turnover tasks.
How do enterprise teams start?
Enterprise coordinators submit the enterprise form, upload a government-issued ID for the account contact, and receive follow-up from Residerly for account setup and billing terms.
Who do I contact?
Public contact goes to [email protected]. Members should use the portal for support tied to their record.
