Booking and Verification Policy

Booking on Residerly is designed to be as simple as reserving a hotel room. Guests must be 18 or older, provide a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport), and keep a valid payment method on file. Residerly does not run credit checks or request personal tax returns.

Every booking is confirmed with an automated digital smart lock code for keyless, private entry. Place listers set their own nightly rate and minimum stay requirements, and maintain full authority over house rules.
