Stay and Pricing Policy

Residerly operates on transparent stay pricing and an 80/20 transaction split. Guests pay the transparent total shown at checkout, consisting of Lodging Rent, a fixed $250 Departure Cleaning fee, applicable occupancy taxes, and a 10% Guest Service Fee. Listers keep 80% of lodging rent, and 100% of departure cleaning passes to the lister or cleaning provider upon stay completion.

Guests select their arrival and departure dates for any timeframe on the inline calendar. Every living place is equipped with a digital smart lock for keyless entry. Listers control their nightly prices and minimum stay rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund of lodging rent, departure cleaning, and taxes (the 10% guest service fee is nonrefundable). Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in incur a 10% lodging cancellation charge, while departure cleaning and taxes are fully refunded.
