Stay Rules

Pets are approved on application, are not charged, and remain subject to apartment complex or hotel rules. Parking can be requested but is not guaranteed. Optional housekeeping is available only when confirmed for the selected place and accepted by the member, and Residerly charges no separate amount for it.

Every stay is billed the same way: the nightly rate the lister sets for the nights you book, a departure cleaning set by the kind of listing ($250 for a place, hotel, resort or complex; $100 for a vehicle), a guest services fee of 10% of lodging, any add-ons you choose, and tax calculated by the location of the place. There is no joining fee, no monthly charge and no yearly charge. A standard extension does not add a separate extension charge, and an early transfer to another place carries no separate charge.
